These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pph44 and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use pph44. Age verification is mandatory under PAGCOR rules.
Each player may hold only one pph44 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Withdrawing before meeting rollover conditions will forfeit the bonus amount.
Withdrawals are paid to the same account used for deposit. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
Deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion are available. pph44 may impose limits without prior notice if problem gambling indicators are detected.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Never share login credentials. pph44 will never ask for your password.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and pph44 ("pph44," "Platform," "We," "Us," "Our"), governing your access to and use of the pph44 online gaming platform available at pph44.vip. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Access to pph44 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. pph44 will request proof of age during or after registration and reserves the right to suspend any Account pending age verification. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, their Account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to applicable legal requirements.
The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. Players residing in Restricted Territories — including but not limited to countries where online gambling is prohibited — are not permitted to register or use the Platform. pph44 reserves the right to close Accounts found to be accessed from Restricted Territories and may withhold funds pending regulatory review.
Each individual player may maintain only one Account on pph44. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pph44 may close all duplicate Accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those Accounts, and withhold winnings derived from duplicate Account activity pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your Account if any of this information changes. pph44 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Submitting false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pph44 will never request your password by email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to pph44 support at the earliest opportunity.
pph44 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above minimum thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License) and may also require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. pph44 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pph44 may result in Account suspension or withdrawal processing delays.
You may request closure of your pph44 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing closure, pph44 will verify your identity, settle any pending transactions, and process any eligible outstanding balance to your registered withdrawal method. Note that Accounts closed during an active self-exclusion period are subject to the restrictions in Section 9.
pph44 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. pph44 does not accept cash deposits, third-party electronic transfers on behalf of another person, or deposits from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:
If a deposit cannot be processed for technical or compliance reasons, pph44 will return the funds to the originating payment source within a reasonable timeframe. pph44 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider, mobile network issues, or bank processing queues.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on pph44 are subject to wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms published at the time each bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion. Where there is any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.
Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the following general wagering conditions apply:
pph44 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts, systematically placing bets that hedge or exploit bonus wagering mechanics, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Determination of bonus abuse is at pph44's sole discretion.
The pph44 VIP Programme operates under additional terms and conditions made available to eligible members. Participation in the VIP Programme does not exempt a Player from these Terms. pph44 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Programme with reasonable notice to affected members.
Each game available on pph44 operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game server records shall be the definitive record.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or service interruption that affects a game round or its outcome, pph44 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round. pph44 is not liable for losses suffered as a result of genuine technical malfunctions. Apparent wins resulting from a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
Live casino games are subject to additional rules specific to the studio providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Asia Gaming, and SA Gaming). In the event of a connection failure during a live game, the result is determined by the game server record. If a round is interrupted before completion, pph44 will either void the round or apply the outcome as recorded by the studio server, depending on the nature of the interruption.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pph44 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure:
pph44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problematic gaming behaviour, and we have implemented tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

pph44 may, at its sole discretion, impose responsible gaming measures on a Player's Account without prior notice if our systems or support staff detect indicators of problem gambling behaviour. Such measures may include temporary deposit restrictions, session limits, or Account suspension pending a responsible gaming review.
In accordance with PAGCOR requirements, pph44 will not permit players who have self-excluded to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. Players under self-exclusion who attempt to circumvent exclusion measures through new registrations will have those Accounts closed immediately.
All content available on the pph44 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, text, and audio — is the property of pph44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express written consent of pph44. Unauthorised use of pph44's intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph44 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pph44's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pph44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pph44 reasonably believes that:
In cases where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pph44 will notify the Player via their registered email address. Funds held in the Account at the time of suspension will be subject to the outcome of the investigation. Where no breach is found, funds will be returned to the Player. Where a material breach is confirmed, pph44 may withhold or void funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your pph44 Account or a game outcome, please follow these steps:
Game server records maintained by pph44 and its studio providers constitute the final and definitive record of game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's client display and the server record, the server record shall prevail.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
pph44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pph44 will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
If you continue to access or use the Platform after the effective date of any amendments, you shall be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.3.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated whenever changes are made.
